A bill before the Israeli legislative body would allow the city of Jerusalem to ban gay pride festivities, and one of its supporters has compared the homosex to a disease not unlike bird flu.  Well golly!  Looks like they've got their very own Mike Huckabee!  Nissim Ze'ev, a member of the religious Shas Party, went on to use the old bestiality comparison (yawn) and to suggest that homosexuals seek rehabilitation like "alcoholics and drugs addicts."
