Project Runway mentor, gay TV minstrel, and homosexual uncle to America Tim Gunn stopped by NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien to woo Larry the Cable Guy, grab George Bush by his Presidential Seal-socked ankles and to take a swipe at Hillary.
"I think she's confused about what her gender is... She's so mannish in her dress and I believe her suits are probably made out of kevlar."
Le snore! While we're not necessarily great fans of the Senator from New York, we've got to admit that this swipe reeks of the Stepin' Fetchit minstrelsy we've long abhorred. First of all, calling Hillary mannish and reaffirming gender stereotypes is something we could see Paul Lynde saying, the little bitch; that uncreative chestnut has been roasted far too many times to have any real punch. Second, may we suggest that 'mannish' is something to which Mr. Gunn might aspire?
That said, Grandma Jezebel is our new favorite term.
