Tim & Roma Dig Up Julie Brown (No, Not the Downtown One... )

There's not much scarier than the Leather Mart at IML, but when the intrepid Tim & Roma Show headed down to L.A. for a meeting with a new up-and-coming director, they got the shock of their lives. Julie Brown (Cable Ace Award Winner and chanteuse behind "Homecoming Queen's Gotta Gun,") is currently playing a gay porn director in Paradise Falls, one of those Canadian soap operas you always hear so much about on Canadian MySpace. The episode was shot on the Channel 1 soundstage in West Hollywood.

"She looks great," said Tim. "We were in town to talk to Chi Chi and the boys, but Julie's got a presence that's hard to ignore. I love Paradise Falls!"

Evidently, Paradise Falls was canceled around the time that we invaded Iraq, but in a fit of fondness for all things from 2004, the Here! network picked it up and began airing new episodes featuring Brown as a guest. The Earth Girls are Easy star, who will be turning 49 again this August, was in town for to appear in the L.A. Pride Parade in West Hollywood.
