Watching Scott Wolf in White Squall maybe a little too much like masturbating to Muppet Babies, with its treasure trove of shirtless youth-including Ryan Phillipe and Balthazar Getty, but it reminds us how hot the Party of Five star was in the mid-nineties. With similarly sexy turns in Go (1999) and The Evening Star (1996), he captured the innocent sexiness once personified by Willie Ames for a whole new generation (and in his underwear to boot!).
