Famed NYC photographer Joe Oppedisano has signed on as photographer for the upcoming Steve Cruz/Leif Gobo-helmed Blue Movie for Mustang. Oppedisano, whose work has appeared in such wide-ranging publications as The New York Times, Playboy and Gay Times will be shooting all the stills on the project.
Oppedisano has released two books to date, Testosterone in 2006 and Uncensored (which features Steve Cruz on the cover) earlier this year.
Leif Gobo, who worked with both Cruz and Oppedisano on Mustang's Limits, said, "I'm a huge fan of Joe's photography and I'm very excited to work with him again. Because his background is fashion he brings a fresh perspective to male erotica. His aesthetic is exactly the tone we are looking for."
We'll be headed on the set of Blue Movie this weekend, so expect lots of dirty and maybe also some pictures early next week.
