This morning, a Washington, D.C. judge found Phillip Aubrey guilty on both counts (assault, attempted possession of a prohibited weapon) stemming from his domestic violence arrest last July.
While both charges carried 180-day jail terms, the judge waived confinement and sentenced Aubrey to two years probation, which includes drug and alcohol testing, anger management classes, and, of course, no contact with ex-boyfriend Spencer Reed. He’ll also pay $100 in fines.
Aubrey has maintained his innocence since his arrest, and spoken extensively about the abuse he claims to have suffered while dating Reed. This morning, Aubrey told his Twitter followers that he was filing an appeal “right now,” but then moments later tweeted that he was in fact “guilty of cutting him yes,” so, uhh, good luck with the appeal?
Our husband has enormous uncut sizemeat with humungous low-hangers!
can someone explain me, why the judge found that it was no accident? i heard that some judges r just guessing… some days ago a jurist said in german TV, that “up to 20%” (0% is less than 20%, 2…) of all judgements r wrong… but the probation things r rather benign (i think), so that it is not so bad if the judge is wrong… btw: i liked the tv series “Hardcastle and McCormick”…
Both Phillip and Spencer need anger management. Spencer can be a nice guy is a very angry person. He also did things to Phillip in their relationship which is not being brought up… There IS NO REASON AT ALL to ever hurt, beat up or abuse a partner, friend etc. Spencer should walk away from this and LEARN… He also needs to seek help as he has a lot of anger and I have seen it front handed…
The irony here is that Phillip is the one going to Anger Management instead of Mr. Steroid who I’d bet money is the rage-a-holic. The price Phillip is paying to get rid of Spencer for good is well worth it, but an expensive one for a lesson-learned. Stay away from control freaks.
I thought the story was good but I think it’s just so sad that the “victim” in this case splashed all of “their” IMs all over his TWITTER account. Nobody has any class anymore.
p.s. And this story says he tweeted that “he cut him” which is taken out of context. The entire TWITTER quote says that he cut him but he claims self-defense but I know it’s all about spin.
I’m still shocked Spencer let Phillip do this to him. Spencer over towers him. Muscle power isn’t all it takes to beat someone down after all. Justice was served nonetheless….
Is “Anger Management Classes” the same as having lots of gay sex in front of a camera?
and roid rager Spencer gets to walk away as an innocent guy?…..its obvious that he was the abuser in this relationship…Aubrey should have sliced his brain, im mean cock off.
Spencer is a nice guy / glad he wasn’t hurt worse ( it could have been such an outcome ).
Actually…and sorry to burst your bubble … what happens a lot is that porn actors act out everything in their movies and are usually (IRL) pussycats…
I’m kind of glad of the sentencing. It shouldn’t be too hard for him to stay out of trouble, with the exception of the drug part (that is if he actually does do illegal substances). He could very well have stabbed Reed in self defense, but unfortunately that doesn’t matter in the courts if you can’t exactly prove it was self defense.
If this report is true, he got a sweet deal from the judge with probation. Time to move on and stay clean for the next two years. Hope he makes it.
This story has polarized the opinions a lot.
The fact is, there are very few ground truths. Actually, the only one is that Aubrey stabbed Reed on the arm with a “prohibited weapon”.
Possible domestic violences from one side or the other are unproven and certainly they cannot be used in a trial.
It seems that this is probably an appropriate outcome for this case, actually.
I dunno… do you guys think this is kind of a slap on the wrist?
Surprised these things get judged that quickly. That’s actually good. Didn’t realize the justice system was that efficient.
Does having a scene/anal sex with a guy who had sex with Reed a couple of days before on another scene qualify as “no contact”? (I am not seriously asking)
