 Japhy Grant on Monday took over the helm of that ever-earnest gay blog they call Queerty. And the commenters are acting out, as kindergarteners might torture a substitute teacher.
Is it because he's hotter than most of the commenters? Or is it maybe that Japhy is a fake name? ("I started writing under a pen name...went with it and it stuck.") Perhaps it's because he seems so happy? ("I'm a huge history buff. I like puppies.") Well, we think the most likely explanation for the flood of bile after Japhy's jumps involves his admission that he enjoys outdoor sports ("In my spare time, I go to southern Utah to hike and canyoneer").
Yeah, we canyoneer too. Or at least we say we do on Craigslist.
Alright, alright. As for us, we would just like to say: Welcome, Japhy. You're hot, but we're confident that you'll make a good blogger anyway.
