Drag queen portrepreneur Chi Chi Larue was hospitalized this past week for routine gall bladder surgery which, as she puts it "kind of turned into a nightmare and one of the most hellish weeks I've ever had in my life."

Chi Chi appeared on her blog last night and spoke about the ordeal, assuring everybody that she's alright and thanking all her friends and fans for their well wishes on Facebook and Twitter. The need for gall bladder surgery and the complications that followed appear to have stemmed from Chi Chi's gastric bypass surgery last September, which left her notably slimmed down and svelte.

"I guess I get what I wished for... Some of the complications stemmed from [the surgery]. You know, you gotta take a little bad with the good. I'm very happy that I did it... not happy that I had complications with my gall bladder. But, everything's great! Everything's fabulous."

She also announced that she's cancelling her trip to HustlaBall in London, which she was really looking forward to DJing at Trannyshack and hanging with "all the freaks of London."

But worry not! Porn's grande dame is on the mend and still looking forward to hosting the Grabbys in Chicago and putting on her party there, Skin Trade 2, over Memorial Day Weekend.

In semi-related news, because he's never one to be upstaged, Jason Sechrest promptly came down with pneumonia this week, and later took Chi Chi to the movies. He too has recouped, just in time to put his slutty Marines on display tonight in West Hollywood.
