David Forest To Leave Industry as Fabscout Purchases Forest Men

Porn star agency Fabscout Entertainment has agreed to purchase Forest Men "talent management" business from David Forest, taking over his model roster, client list and the "David Forest" brand name. Forest will be retiring to pursue other interests for a few years, though possibly less with good behavior. The details surrounding the acquisition were announced during a joint press conference at the Universal Hilton in LA, but we were too busy purchasing hookers with blow so we called in for the live feed.  The deal will make the largest porn talent agency in the business even larger, with over a hundred models available for live and on-screen appearances, including Diesel Washington, Robert Van Damme, and Tristan Jaxx.

While Fabscout will take over repping some of David's more high-profile clients, including Tony Capucci and Zeb Atlas, others will be released as free agents. While this might smell of monopoly in another industry, Fabscout's desire to increase his cat-herding enterprise is likely to be seen by everyone -- models, studios and nightclubs -- as a convenience. One part of Forest's empire that Fabscout WON'T be taking on: the hooker business that landed Forest in jail in 1996, and in front of a Van Nuys judge again in 2004.

Forest was recently acquitted by a jury in Van Nuys on pandering charges, but according to some sources close to Forest, he wasn't so lucky a few years ago, and will be serving a four-month sentence in a residential rehab facility. Don't despair, though: while a non-compete clause in the purchase won't allow Forest to enter the adult marketplace, he's free to pander his heart out when he returns... just not with his "Meet the Stars" brand: Fabscout plans to turn that into their nightclub booking arm. We "sure" will MISS those "CRAZY" Forest Men emails, though.
