Sounds like it is time to boycott 'Subway' for workplace discrimination. I guess they feel that kind of attention would be better then giving equal time, and advantage, fairly to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation. It's a shame Substandardway are so blatantly homophobic -and why Kurt chose to work for them in the first place -the pay for outlets such as these has gotta be pretty basic.We have these franchises in UK and every time I pass them the stink makes me retch.I hope something happens to make this prominent,but I guess Kurt could do without the bad publicity.

You have got to remember, it is legal in many, many states to fire someone if they are gay. Remember cracker barrel?

It dosen't matter if it was legal or not to fire Kurt, nor does it matter if it's a privately owned franchise or a company owned store, the legal basis for a law suit would be whether or not firing him violates company policy (if the company has a policy forbiding termination based on sexual orientation, then you can sue on the grounds that the policy was violated) But what matters most is BAD PRESS, no company wants it, and a good mouth-piece can get Kurt a tidy sum for keeping this out of the press as much as possible, and whats Kurt got to loose? His wife already knows about his sideline, and for a celeberity (even a minor one, like an internet porn star) any press can be spun into a good thing, he needs to make as much of a stink as he can and get the attention of the big guys at the head office, then they will pay up.
