Yesterday’s Victims Have Names and Faces

The sun rises, the world goes on. As it should. However, for the growing list of lives extinguished in a maelstrom of hate in Orlando, the worlds of their families and friends will never be the same.

Almost all of the responders to the shooting at Pulse had one common story. The sound of the phones ringing in the pockets of the dead who has yet to be identified. Each of those calls came from a frantic heart, hoping against hope their loved ones would not be among this growing list of victims.

Sadly, this list is far from complete. Our condolences to all of their loved ones.

One of the surest ways to not let terrorism win is to carry on with our normal lives unfettered and undaunted. For us at The Sword, that means, albeit, with a heavy heart, we go back to talking about porn.

If there ever was a time for showing a lot more than just two guys kissing, it’s today.
