The New England Patriots was one of several NFL, NBA and MLB teams who donated $25,000 to a gay football tournament
“The Gay Bowl” is held yearly during Columbus Day Weekend between the two leading teams of the National Gay Football League.
It took 17 years, but at least, national sports teams are adding their money and names to the cause.
This is quite an endorsement. But will this enlighten the minds of their fans?
