Collin Simpson Announces Potential Retirement & Updates Fans On His COVID Status

One of our favorite muscle kings just announced that he’s potentially leaving the industry! Collin Simpson took to Twitter this weekend to tell fans about his upcoming transition and also give an update about his COVID status.

“I may be making an exit from the adult entertainment industry upon the conclusion of 2020 and pursuing the completion of my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology,” tweeted Simpson earlier this weekend. “Until then, I intend to produce the best, most high quality videos that I’m capable of!”

You most likely know Collin from his scenes over at Men.com and GayHoopla. He has appeared in 13 different scenes for Men.com in 2020 and has done 50 scenes for GayHoopla. Most recently, the stud appeared in all three bareback scenes for Men’s “Attic” series.

Fellow muscle hunk Derek Bolt replied to Collin’s retirement announcement saying that he was also thinking of retiring from the industry as well. While he did not give a reason why he was potentially leaving, he did suggest that he and Collin should film a scene together – which we would honestly love to see.

A day after his retirement announcement, Collin updated his fans on his health. He previously posted on July 22 that he had tested positive for COVID.

“Even wearing a mask religiously, disinfecting and sanitizing EVERYTHING, taking immune boosters, vitamins, etc I STILL got COVID-19,” Collin tweeted last week. “It is no joke, either, my fever got up to 104.5 among other things!”

According to Collin, he is now “essentially fully recovered” with no symptoms. We love to see it! He tweeted that even though he has recovered, he is remaining in quarantine for another couple of days. We’re glad this king has recovered and we hope he continues to stay healthy!

  1. As for Derek Bolt leaving….so what? Since has a husband/fiance/whatever, I felt he never should have been in the business anyway. Besides, as an architect, why is he doing porn anyway?

    1. Ummm…so, why does a husband and a non-porn career disqualify someone from porn?

I could be wrong, but it sounded sort of judge-y. Like, porn is bad and people shouldn’t do it if they have any other skills or options. (Derek says he enjoys being a porn star, and I believe him.) Or, a married man would only do porn if his husband wasn’t good enough. (Derek’s partner knows (obviously), Derek says he’s an amazing guy, and I believe him.)

So not to argue, but could you elaborate a little? I’m especially curious because I did porn (once only; mid-level studio video; was not great in it) when I had a husband and a career, and I’m pretty sure my husband, co workers and friends didn’t judge me – except for being a mediocre (at best) actor. :)

      Thanks.

  2. Hmm…survey says “Whatever, Jan”, followed with “Bye, Felicia”. This guy uses/used gays for money, period. It’s worrisome that he possibly had COVID-19 (not sure I buy that), but the fact that he’s departing the adult industry is no great loss.

  3. I don’t believe anything this guy says. He has a history of lying about everything. I don’t even believe he has/had covid-19. Seems like everything is a grift to him and we’re all the marks…don’t like him and don’t like his attitude about gay men and gay sex … and his “acting” it’s like he went to the marionette school of acting…bad stuff

  4. Awww he’s so sexy! But I respect his desire to finish his degree. Maybe guys who do porn should just “take a break” rather than announce a “retirement.”

  5. Acting?!!? Hahahahaha! He’s the worst actor then, cause it’s painfully apparent he can’t even pretend to enjoy having sex with another guy.

  6. H. We will see how long this “retirement” lasts. Although, I can’t say I will miss a gay4pay performer leaving.

  7. Yawn, yet another gay for pay porn actor leaving the industry. Big whoop. I hope he does well with his studies and gets to contribute to society through his profession. I hope that he continues his recovery from COVID and emerges healthy. That being said, I always found his scenes uninteresting – its always clear that he’s not into it and that kills it for me.

    1. Sorry that he’s dealt with COVID. Glad he’s better and I’m glad he’s thinking about furthering his education. I’ll always encourage and applaud that but with that being said, it’s important to remind us of how toxic and destructive his behavior and words have been in the past. To think that these fellow gay performers want to film with him knowing this group of events.

A handsome face, big ass, muscles and great genitalia doesn’t mask ignorance and hate. Collin has been troubling to say the least.

The supposed drug usage on webcam and the obvious destructive behavior that led to him being let go by GayHoopla.

The disgusting use of homophobic language and slurs to the very fans that pay and subscribe to him.

The up and down, back and forth when it comes to the sexuality just to please for making money.

It’s better for him to leave this industry but like so many of these thirsty ass dudes, once he sees the low flow of easy money, he’ll make a return and try to identify with his gay following. For a man who claims to not like ass and dick pics sent to him, he surely loves sucking on them, riding them and sticking his penis inside of them.

  8. Wish they would stop with the “retiring” and just take time out. Take a year or what ever time one needs to rejuvenate.
