We hate to say it, but RuPaul’s Drag Race: Vegas Revue is actually really good. We’ve grown tired of watching a monotonous loop of Drag Race and All Stars every year, so this new format is a great change of pace.
For those who haven’t seen, the show follows around six legendary Drag Race queens as they get ready to launch their live Vegas show. We get to watch Yvie Oddly, Asia O’Hara, Derrick Barry, Kameron Michaels, Naomi Smalls and Vanessa Vanjie Mateo kiki and talk shit about each other. And say what you want about Derrick Barry, but so far, they’re the best part of the show!
The show focuses a lot on Derrick, the drama he brings, and his three-way relationship with drag queen Nebraska Thunderfuck and artist Nick San Pedro. And even though we get a lot of airtime dedicated to Derrick and his relationship, it turns out some key moments were left on the cutting room floor!

In the revealing bonus clip that was just released, we learn that all three men sleep in the same bed and sometimes Derrick wakes up to the other two fucking around. Derrick says that he occasionally joins them for a threeway, but other times he just rolls over and goes back to sleep. While we think that sounds kind of hot, some of the other queens think it’s a little strange.
Derrick goes even deeper into his relationship when the queens start asking about their bedroom habits. Asia suggests that two of them have “very specific roles” and one of them is verse, but it turns out that their relationship is a lot more versatile than that!
“It started that way and now everybody does everything,” said Derrick. “In the beginning, I always bottomed with Nick and then I was like – let me try this! Because I had a girlfriend before, so it can’t be that different!”
