The best dressed of the night goes to Steven Daigle. You can’t really tell (because I took the photos and video, of course), but he was wearing this cute t-shirt/shorts/suspenders ensemble, and it was a nice look for him!
Here, I try to get Steven to say that he’s presenting an award with Trent Locke (something everyone knew about beforehand but tried to act as if it were a secret), which didn’t end up happening.
Chi Chi LaRue played DJ and also took home two awards, one for Best Personality and one for Best Movie (Fuck U), the latter of which prompted the director to happily proclaim, on stage, that she bet “[Raging Stallion director] Chris Ward was upset he didn’t win for Brutal.” That catty ribbing might have made more sense if LaRue had called out the actual director of Brutal, Tony DiMarco. Whoops!
Worst dressed of the night goes to Travis James and Riley Price, if only for the fact that they’re dressed. They should be naked. Always.
Trevor Knight and former Active Duty model David Townsend are still going strong. The couple just relocated to LA and couldn’t have been nicer when I stopped them outside for a photo.
RuPaul’s Drag Race season 2 queen Morgan McMichaels enjoys my boss, NakedSword CEO Tim Valenti.
Jayden Grey and Brent Everett were shirtless most the night.
Diesel Washington who, like The Sword, was nominated for Best Blog. We both lost.

Hey…I was there at the Cybersocket Awards. They might have been fun for the winners, but for most of us, it was a loud, crass, unsexy cluster fuck with expensive drinks and bad presenters. Frenchy Davis was wonderful…..as were Chico’s Angels….an Hispanic drag trio that knows how to entertain.
Sorry you didn’t win best blog. Maybe next year?

Same old same old.
There needs to be a big BOOM and suddenly he drops from the ceiling – “You silly mortals can’t escape the Black Spark! Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!!” And then he’s gone just as fast. I don’t know which Black Spark, not the one who it is, but the other guy. Or one of the many Sparks.
