OnlyFans model Fabricio da Silva Claudino is expected to plead guilty to revenge porn charges this week. The internet star is accused of secretly filming him and his boyfriend having sex with his cell phone and then uploading the video to his OnlyFans without his boyfriend’s consent.
“The victim is clearly unaware of this activity being recorded and can be depicted in the recording as face down throughout,” read court documents. “At one point the defendant positions the mobile phone towards a mirror where his face is depicted…at no stage, did the victim consent to the defendant taking this recording.”
The video uploaded to OnlyFans was 4 minutes long and while it did not feature the boyfriend’s face, his distinctive tattoos were visible. There was also a thumbnail featuring the boyfriend’s face uploaded with the video. Claudino also posted a photo of the two of them on a Rio de Janeiro beach and captioned it with “Video coming up soon — stay tuned” and some eggplant and peach emojis.
“I felt sick to the stomach when I recognized my body and then my face,” the boyfriend told the ABC. “I didn’t know what to think, I couldn’t believe it.”
Claudino, who previously had 0ver 100,000 Twitter followers, was originally arrested for this offense back in September, but was let out on bail. The star was then arrested again in February for jacking off in front of a high school.
“He got his penis out and started masturbating … doing it outside Cleveland Sydney Intensive High School,” said prosecutor Chris Manning. “This is someone who is unable to manage his urges.”
Claudino pleaded guilty to 15 other charges on Tuesday that were related to the high school incident. These charges involve him exposing himself in front of the school, on his balcony, and on a bus.
This is a perfect example as to why one should make clear to your other half to never record any of your sex acts. People have been known to break up and post embarrassing nude pics or clips. In this day and age of online porn, there is a market for it all. Whether you like it or not. Whether you approve of it or not.
Actually, this is an example, that a “relationship” is only as good as the persons in it. Having a sex worker for a “partner” is at best a mixed bag!
So…let’s see if I understand. One sex worker betrays the trust and his partner so all sex workers would betray the trust of their partners!? And why would you put “partners” in quotes? If you’re implying that only sex workers can betray a trust you have no idea what you’re talking about..
“… Make clear!?” Why should one assume that just because a person is in a relationship that they’re partner is going to try to film them without their consent? In fact, why would that even come up as a topic of conversation?
