Matthew Camp, who has frustratingly never gotten fully naked for cameras and has now parlayed his fame as a New York City go-go boy into a leather and fragrance line, appears in a new gay indie flick called Getting Go that looks like it will be kind of insufferable.
The movie, which comes out on DVD next week, is described thusly: “College boy Doc (Tanner Cohen, Were The World Mine) is obsessed with a well-known NYC go-go dancer, nicknamed Go (Matthew Camp). He befriends his hunky crush with the intention of shooting a movie about what it’s like to live in his skin. Camera in hand, he follows his subject across the city: into bars, onto rooftops and dance floors and ultimately his bedroom.”
I think this was just actually Cohen’s ploy to get actual Matthew into his actual bed.
In a just-released clip, we see Matthew (semi-)naked in bed with Cohen having a pseudo-intellectual conversation about what whores gay men are.
Thankfully, it’s only 48 seconds long.
And here’s another, more wordless clip, showing Camp and Cohen going to the beach on Fire Island.
Now, there’s no good reason why Matthew hasn’t just let us all see his cock, except for modesty and perhaps some burlesque ideology about not becoming a full-on porn star. But, as you can see below, he’s shown us pretty much everything except the head of his penis over the years, via various photographers, and you can make out the outline in a few photos anyway.
And, as we learned via this recent interview, Matthew named his fragrance “8.5,” but he will only cop to being “a happy 7.5.” Yep, sounds about right.
