After what was widely
criticized as the most tasteless publicity stunt in recent memory, Michael
Lucas both apologized for his press release–announcing his
“murder” in promotion with an upcoming release (along with a
watermarked crime scene photo)–and defended it. On his site LucasBlog, the
producer/actress reasons, “millions of people die every day. What
difference does it make what industry they were working in?” While some
feel as though this may be harsh in the wake of the deaths of Dean Johnson
and Danny Roddick, Lucas does offer up regrets for something else:
“Again, I am sorry about those who thought I was really dead,” he
writes, “I was trying to give as many reasons as possible not to believe
it, but, well, my office now looks like a botanical garden.” (via LucasBlog)
Speaking of Danny
Roddick, toxicology reports now reveal that his cause of death was a lethal
combination of drugs and alcohol according to JC Adams.
Porn star Jason Ridge
is the latest in a string of porn actors to launch his own line of DVD titles.
Under the name Ridgeline Films, Ridge curiously scored Falcon
exclusive and leading man Roman Heart for one of his films, A Rising
Star, filmed during an interim between contract renewals. (via Fleshbot)
Is François Sagat
the new Chris Crocker? Mr. Sagat seems to have started a YouTube
revolution among porn stars by posting a clip of himself singing Britney
Spears‘ new smash single “Gimme More” while brushing his teeth in
a hotel room wearing only a towel. After receiving video responses from the
likes of Steve Cruz and Francesco D’Macho, he made an acapella
follow-up, proving that we have a true triple-threat on our hands: François
Sagat: porn star, model, YouTube star! (via Gay Porn Blog)
It's an interview with Phillip Aubrey: porn star, Spencer Reed's boyfriend, burp fetishist.
The COLT superstars joined a protest in Rome against the Catholic Church in order to make the claim that gay people are not pedophiles. There was a chihuaha involved.
I feel sorry for people with fetishes that can never be realized in real life. Take this Flickr user, who has to make do with his giants fetish using Photoshop.
I'm not one for bragging about intellectual accomplishments (it's something I learned from, you know, graduating with honors from Brown University), but Conner Habib is justifiably excited about his blurb in a book written by Carl Sagan's son.
