Advertised to fans as a place to “live and stay with the largest gathering of gay adult entertainment stars in history,” the event scheduled for Aug. 30 to Sept. 2 in Fort Lauderdale has been pushed to 2020.
The announcement came today via Twitter from the event organizers, citing a hotel issue. They also noted on Twitter and via their website that refunds would be issued by July 20:
Sadly there have been issues with the host hotel for #PornCon. (Full details https://t.co/HEuYZEWgZj). In order to provide an excellent event, we are postponing the event until next year. If you have purchased tickets your refunds are already being processed.

But Austin Wolf beat them to the punch on Twitter, advising fans and fellow performers to watch their credit card statements carefully:

Skip the festival and go straight to Rentmen. Your money is better spent there.
