Last week news broke that the first movie adaptation of the story of the 2007 gay porn murder of Bryan Kocis was going into production, titled King Cobra, starring Christian Slater, Molly Ringwald, and James Franco. Now Franco has Instagrammed the first porny photo from the set.
As we all know by now, Franco is obsessed with gay people, and with gay porn, so naturally he’s a producer on this project which is based on the 2012 book Cobra Killer: Gay Porn, Murder, and the Manhunt to Bring the Killers to Justice.
It appears Franco is playing Kerekes, and hot Pretty Little Liars star Keegan Allen is playing Cuadra, but Franco’s role still hasn’t been confirmed and the movie still hasn’t made it onto IMDB.
Here they are looking sweaty on a gym set.
Also, shortly, Franco is set to portray porn star twins in an upcoming HBO series about 1970s/80s porn set in New York.
And, as reported last week, Disney star Garrett Clayton will portray the teenage Brent Corrigan.
