Very stylishly directed across the pond by Alter-Sin, Men.com “Thebes” series also featured animated segments that tie into the Nukatcu, anime inspired gay gaming series we looked at earlier this week.
The setting is Greece in 378BC, where the exiled Thebes, a group of military fighters and of lovers, band together to regain their former glory. But not before tasting the flesh of each other. And in the case today, of every member’s member.
The six-man soldier army of the Men of Thebes celebrate an epic war victory the old fashioned way in the Scene 4 finale of The Sacred Band of Thebes.
