Jason Adonis Quits the Biz, Takes Up Extreme Sports Instead

Adonis once starred in such classic porn fare as Falcon’s Ivy League, Taking Flight, Hustle and Cruise and From Top to Bottom.  His wife claims he had a breakdown of some kind, and Adonis confirmed this in an email with Jason Curious.  And here we were just hearing about his comeback with COLT, and his subsequent comeback with JetSet which has now fallen through. Jason writes in an email to fans:

This [gay porn] business has always been a horrible struggle for me. It just got to the point where the anxiety from having sex with guys on camera was too much. Not to mention I am now 29. I will be enjoying the life of being a regular guy with a regular job. I have picked up some new extreme sports that more than replace the thrill of the porn lifestyle.

Because *obviously* injurious, masochistic activities are the perfect antidote for sexual anxiety!

Anyway, especially if you’re into blood and scars, see Jason’s final pic for fans, bloody and scarred from some extreme sporting, below.

  1. The three previous posts perfectly demonstrate why Jason behaved the way he did, if his “unprofessional” reputation is to be believed:ANY self-respecting straight/bi-curious/bisexual man would be anxious about having to deal with obnoxious, effeminate, resentful gay males. They’re boner-killers, for sure. I’ll bet any amount of money that he was completely professional and present for any of the scenes he film with other masculine, straight/bi-curious/bisexual men.

As an openly bisexual man, I avoid gay males, as a group, as often as possible. The majority of them have little to no social skills, are extremely “flaky” and are some of the most rudely judgmental people I’ve ever met.

The smart thing for straight/bi-curious/bisexual models to do is to films scenes only with other guys like them. There are a A LOT of bi guys who are interested only in sex with each other and we, as a market, are really under-served.

Jason could have saved himself a lot of turmoil had he demanded bi, masculine co-stars. His work with Marc Stone will always hold up as some of his most sensual, least forced-looking work.

    For a reason.

  2. Bullshit.

No one wants to work with him, so he’s faking all this “anxiety” to get sympathies. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a PR stunt to stage a comeback.

    Oh, yea; he’s not straight.

  3. This is really disappointing.

He’s amazing physically and as a performer. I will miss him and hope he stays in touch with the porn media.

He’s notoriously unreliable, however, and I don’t see him getting his life together or holding a “normal guy” job with his fickle, professional attitude.

I’d love to hear what aspect of gay sex gives him “anxiety.” He must know it’s no big deal. Having done so many videos before, I would think he’d be comfortable with himself by now.

Were those injuries self-inflicted just to get out of his porn gig? Nice excuse.
