Last week, Jessie Colter made an Instagram post announcing his recent cancer diagnosis. The star shared that he has an “incurable kind of brain cancer” and has struggled with publicly sharing the news with his fans.
“Obviously I was stunned, but there were already so many negative things happening in my life at the same time that I couldn’t deal with talking to anyone about this right away,” wrote Colter. “The reason I waited this long was because, between then and now, things were either really good or really bad in my life, and I didn’t want to make things worse or diminish the good times. What I learned from all this is that there is never a good time.”

Now a week after initially announcing the news, Colter has launched a GoFundMe campaign called “Live everyday like it’s your last.” The campaign will go towards alleviating the recent “strain” on his finances. Colter writes that he’s currently going back and forth between San Francisco, where he lives and where his doctors are, and Kentucky, where his family lives.
“What I need to do now is to be near the people I love, be happy and make the most of what I have left. In order to do so I decided to rent a small space in Ky part time so I can be with my family and loved ones,” wrote Colter. “However, in doing so it has put a major strain on my finances between a lease, deposits, flights and all of the other things that come along with starting another life in a new location. I’m not in the best of positions to work like I normally do at the moment.”
He also elaborated that he has “plenty of content to upload to my OnlyFans for the next couple months” and that he’ll be back on track with filming videos once he’s in a better headspace. Colter ends his GoFundMe description thanking all of his longtime fans and those who have been able to donate.
“Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you can help please do. If not no worries,” wrote the star. “Thanks again for being supportive of me and my career all of these years. I love you all and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.”
Colter’s campaign was only set up yesterday and has already raised over $4,000 of its $5,000 goal. Among the list of donors are famous industry personalities like Ricky Larkin, Marc MacNamara, and Alex Mecum. If you’re looking to donate you can do so on his GoFundMe page.
Jessie I’ve donated $1,000, hopefully that more than enough for all the years I have bullied you. As I said before I’ve always been your joker to batman,
I shall let bygones by bygones. I guess this is how arch enemies end up having to part ways.
Were you really one of his bullies when younger???
Was it because he was gay?
I’m sorry that he is ill, I’ve always thought he was a sexy guy. However, I wouldn’t give money for someone to fly around etc. Maybe he should see if there is Dr. in KY or have his family come to him etc. I just don’t like folks asking strangers for $.
Do we have to take him at his words ? Wouldn’t be the first pornstar trying to scam people a few bucks for a fake health issue that would just go away ….
can we see some medical reports ?
All I can say is this: When it comes to a health problem coming up, one has to learn to think positive. Because that first news will either make or break you in how you face and fight it. I have several ailments and I keep thinking positive, and having a strong group of support be it family and friends helps. I have and managing HIV, in beginning had full blown AIDS. But quit smoking , quit drinking, watched my diet. Then had colon cancer 3 years ago, did a colonoscopy and do check ups to monitor it.
So Jessie hang in there, think positive. Do everything you can to fight it and live!
By the way, have been living with HIV for 21 years of nearly undetectable status. T-cells up but want to raise it higher.
That’s amazing. Keep fighting the fighter warrior.
Thanks Melon and Aloha!
