Did anyone order a good, old-fashioned kai kai?! Good – because we’ve got footage of Drag Race queens Kameron Michaels and Vanessa “Vanjie” Mateo making out for their new VH1 reality show.
The new show, RuPaul’s Drag Race: Vegas Revue, will air for six episodes on VH1 and focus on the launch of RuPaul’s Drag Race Live in Las Vegas. The docuseries will get into the on-stage and off-stage drama surrounding the launch of the show’s official residency. Along with Vanjie and Kameron, the show will feature Drag Race favorites like Yvie Oddly, Asia O’Hara, Derrick Barry, and Naomi Smalls.
“The series gives fans a deeper look into the lives of their favorite queens as they showcase the charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent it takes to pull off groundbreaking performances in front of a live audience,” read a release.
So far all we’ve seen from the new show is a 20-second trailer. One moment that really stood out to us is a shot of Kameron and Vanjie locking lips in what looks like a pretty intense makeout session.
We know that Vanjie had a (possibly fake) on-screen romance with season eleven queen Brook Lynn Hytes, but we had no idea that Vanjie was into Kameron like that. I mean, who wouldn’t be though? We’d 100% make out with him if giving the opportunity.
So while we’re not entirely sure why the two queens are making out, we’re sure we’ll find out when the show actually airs. So be sure to tune into RuPaul’s Drag Race: Vegas Revue when it premieres on Friday, August 21 at 8pm on VH1.
Kameron Michaels should skip this show & start doing gay porn…. that’s something I’d like to see!!!
