and we believe this is what she really looks like by day. By night, she takes on this masked persona known as Julie. The masks are sort of intense, and because we’re so used to looking at Amanda Lepore and Pete Burns, we just thought this was some fucked up surrealist plastic surgery. But no, it’s a mask. She also has fake boob masks, spends a lot of time in hotels, and makes Youtube vids of herself smoking.

The most mind-blowing aspect of finding Julie (big thanks to the ever-clever Michael K at Dlisted) is the subsequent discovery of this site, which sells the masks from which Julie fashioned her special look. Basically, they all look like serial killers if you ask us–especially this one–but we can’t look away and we can’t believe we’re finding out about this so late for Halloween!
