The Trump administration wants being gay to be a fireable offense.
Trump’s Justice Department appeared in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals Tuesday to argue that employers should be able to fire people because they are gay claiming, “There is a common sense, intuitive difference between sex and sexual orientation.”
DJT said marriage equality was settled law but clearly, it stops there. Will the Log Cabin Republicans still stand by this administration? How long until they come after our equal access to housing?
