Following allegations of a sexual assault by performer Papi Suave, Chi Chi LaRue has been suspended from all future productions for Noir Male, Icon Male and all Mile High Media brands while it conducts an independent investigation.
Papi Suave made the allegations last week, and LaRue released a statement regarding the allegations on Wednesday. This afternoon, Mile High sent this statement from Vice President Jon Blitt to The Sword:
“Mile High was made aware of allegations of misconduct by one of our independent third-party producers, ChiChi La Rue LLC, that may be in violation to our zero tolerance policy. In light of these allegations Mile High is suspending all future contracts with La Rue’s production company, pending an independent investigation into these allegations by ChiChi La Rue, LLC. At the conclusion of that investigation a final decision will be made, based on the validity of the allegations in question. We do not tolerate misconduct on the part of anyone involved with our associated production projects, and take these matters very seriously.”
LaRue has directed for Noir Male since it’s launch in the summer of 2018, and has also directed for sister label Icon Male since then. We will keep you posted of any developments with Mile High’s independent investigation.
