Well, Netflix seems to know they have a hit on their hands and decided to take to their social channels to release the script for the now-iconic penis reveal. Netflix’s release of the sexy script comes right after some other news about this famous dong. Now we have some more evidence to show that the questionable cock is actually a lie. An anonomyous member of the prosthetics team on Sex/Life confirmed to Newsweek that the iconic scene does in fact feature a prosthetic. Newsweek didn’t give us any further information than that, but I think that’s all we need to officially conclude that the donkey dick is fake.
When asked about the show’s use of a possible prosthetic, showrunner Stacy Rukeyser repeated Adam’s previous statement about not using a body double for the scene, but was a a little more aloof when actually addressing Adam’s use of a prosthetic.
“And I can tell you what Adam Demos says about it which is, a gentleman never tells,” said Stacy. “So, we are leaving that up to the viewer’s imagination.”
So there we have it! Hopefully we can finally lay this big dick mystery to rest and be assured in the fact that Adam Demos was 100% wearing an artifical log between his legs.
