801 Bar is most famous for its drag shows and its busking queens outside on the sidewalk in Key West. But owner Jim Gilleran reopened his place and has been feeding 700-800 free meals a day and a center for supplies.

For many, Jim was literally the only gig in a town with no infrastructure left — except humanity. Suprised it took a gay man to step up and be a hero? Me neither.
