Cameron Fox, he of the square jaw and few words who appeared in a dozen of titles for Falcon Studios in the early 2000s before moving on to fuck for the cameras of other studios, has died of undisclosed causes in Fort Lauderdale. He was 36.
In a brief obit in his hometown paper in Tulsa, his occupation is listed simply as “entertainer,” under his given name Shane Davis.
Cameron was a classic Falcon model of the era, jockish and mostly hairless with a little bit of a preppy sneer in his face combined with a big dick. He debuted looking very twinky at 22 in 1999 in a threeway scene with Christopher Scott and Kyle Becker in In Deep Miles to Go. After bulking up a bit, Cameron had a look like your next-door neighbor’s sexy-scary older brother who was ready to take you down to the basement to suck his cock any second.
He was best known for titles like The Crush, Mustang’s Aim to Please, and Serviced and Sprung from Jocks Studios. In 2001 he was one of the recipients of a Best Group Scene prize at the GayVN Awards for Falcon’s Out of Athens. He later appeared in Lucas’s Fire Island Cruising series (numbers 5 and 6), and one of his last porn gigs was in Jet Set’s Wet Sex 1 in 2008. In 2012, he was seen in a cam show for ShowGuys with purported boyfriend Mark Watson.
Falcon confirmed the news via tweet today, and word first went around via Gay Porn Times’ J.C. Adams.
More sad news: performer Cameron Fox passed away Thursday. Active from 1999-2008 or so. Square jaw, compact. RIP, beautiful man.

A little over a decade ago he was in this legendary threeway in Falcon’s The Crush with Tuck Johnson and Scott Davis, which is required viewing for any Falcon fan.
Below, a few of my favorite photos of Cameron.
