Some 10 years after leaving the gay porn industry after an illustrious career that included a Performer of the Year win at the 2009 GayVN Awards, Logan McCree—aka Philipp Tanzer—has followed an unexpected and, um, interesting path.
The Sword has been there along the way, including all of his cocksucking and fucking, a look at his role as a men’s rights activist, his support of Donald Trump, his appearance in a BBC documentary that followed him to a men’s conference (sounds gay, right?!), and (most recently) his decision to seek office as one of the Scottish Family Party’s regional candidates in the Highlands & Islands. Part of the Party’s platform included opposition to abortion, sex education, same-sex parenting, transgender rights, and yes, pornography!
The election was held late last week, and Tanzer—along with the SFP—came no where near claiming office (phew!). The Highlands and Islands is one of the eight electoral regions of the Scottish Parliament; the region is the largest in terms of area, but the smallest in terms of population/electorate. In the 2021 election, the SFP collective of candidates in the Highlands and Islands came in 8th out of 17 parties, but it was an extremely distant 8th. It amassed just a total of 1,976 votes, well behind leaders like the Scottish National Party (96,433), the Conservative Party (60,779), the Liberal Democrats (26,771), the Labour Party (22,713) and the Green Party (17,729). No other party garnered more than 4,000 votes.
A few weeks before the vote, Tanzier was filmed talking to local constituents and to Ruptly about his platform.
“I think I am an unusual candidate for most people for a socially conservative party because I identified as gay until I was 32 and I was actually in the adult entertainment industry. I was a very well-known porn actor and at the age of 32 I started dating women again and I would say I am more and more into a socially conservative direction, which I already had in some ways in the past, but it became more dominant,” he said.
“I want to bring my experience into the promotion of conservative lifestyles and I’m not saying that everybody needs to be conservative. I always believe that democracy is all about balance and I see our society getting out of balance too much and I think at the moment it’s traditional values that have to be highlighted a bit more.”
Since Tanzer won’t be making any policies, his prolific suck and fuck work at Raging Stallion remains his most notable contribution to society. What do you think of Philipp’s platform?

Still love all his videos I purchased all of them on DVD. Perhaps one day he will figure out his life we all grow up at different times, but I’m pretty sure he’s gay or perhaps a strong bi.
So dumb. Just by reading the quotes, you can tell that he has no idea what heʻs talking about. Heʻs just trying to pander to power. You donʻt go from being gay to being straight. Well, his support of Trump is pretty lame and assinine. He won’t ever gain enough political support to get elected to any post. And, his switching to being “straight”?? ARE YOU KIDDING?? He’s kidding himself…bet he will switch back to being gay soon enough!
Hopefully his support of the narcissistic liar Donald John Trump was a big factor in his crushing defeat.
