Oct. 11 is an important day in LGBTQ history. Not only is it the 29th anniversary of National Coming Out Day. It could have been even more important. But the Trump administration fucked that up too.
The National Park Service under Secretary Ryan Zinke’s Department of the Interior worked to certify that the flagpole adjacent to Christopher Park was not technically on federal land so that no Rainbow Flag would be flying on US government property.
This mother fucker has been harping on respect for the flag. I guessed it depends on which flag. Then again, respect is a throw-away word for him … ya know, like the honor of the Oval Office. Rot in hell, the whole lot of them.
