By now we’re sure you’ve seen the viral video of an out-of-control gay men yelling a racist slur from his car. The man in question has now been identified as Joseph O’Brian – but you probably know him best as Dustin Gold, a former Helix Studios star.
The viral video shows Gold getting out of his car to yell at someone who was in the “middle of the street.” According to the video’s description on YouTube, Gold was yelling at a Black sanitation worker. He refers to the worker as an “asshole” and as he gets back in his car, Gold yells the N-word at the worker.
Gold then begins to verbally accost the person recording him. When told the video is going to go online, Gold says that he will “get fans” from it. He threatens to “beat the shit” out of the man recording him and then actually gets out of his car to throw the man’s phone on the ground.
After being questioned about Gold on Twitter, Helix Studios tweeted that the model hasn’t been used by the studio since 2014, but nonetheless has been fired and will not work for the site in the future. In another reply, the site also mentioned that Gold has been “officially been taken off of our roster.”

A quick search reveals that Gold seems to have been scrubbed from the site’s search results and his name is no longer listed with the other performers on the Helix model page. While some of Gold’s scenes are still active on the site, they don’t show up in search results or on his model page.
We reached out to Gold for comment, but have not received a reply from him. We will update this post if we receive a response.

WE all have been there behind a garbage truck. the solution is to be aware of your surroundings. If you live in that area, then you know when they are showing up.

It is in the union contract that they cannot stop the pickup unless in extreme emergency by a police, fire, superior personel. This shows that Mr. Gold is just an entitled, selfish prick. Racist is the icing on the cake….lol
Sad thing is that the racism he’s showing has been in there every since his Helix days and before that. See pretty faces and great bodies may hide the hate but it’s always in there and it’s just ready to explode at any second. This douchebag even assaulted the guy recording him at the end.
The problem is that racism and bigotry has become the new normal and the “cool” thing to do. This piece of shit and so many others like him have no remorse till they get called out and it’s too late and then the remorse is only due to the fact that they were exposed not because they see the wrong in their acts.

Nevertheless, that is a prime example of using language that IS NOT protected by the 1st Amendment, since it might appear to have the criteria necessary to violate the African-American man’s rights.
HOWEVER, mearly SAYING that word out loud at no one in particular or anything else that people might find offensive, is not ILLEGAL.
And using the tired old example of “You can’t yell ‘FIRE!’ in a crowded venue” as an example of everything that might be construed as ‘hate speech’ endangering safety as an excuse to limit the first Amendment .
This has nothing to do with the First Amendment since the government is not involved. The First Amendment guards against the State limiting speech it doesn’t say there can’t be private repercussions…
The Constitution applies to all aspects of life. People need Civics 101. Don’t call people epithets …say them out loud in general if desired… It’s still AMERICA you can♂️
