The fact that Carlos Deangelo Bell, 30, allegedly abused 42 young boys aged 11-years-old to 17-years-old and five of them are now HIV positive is heinous and repulsive.
Bell allegedly forced dozens of underage boys to perform sexual acts on him. Several of the incidents were allegedly captured on video.
Two years, 42 boys, videos, texts, and 206 indictments. That’s more victims than Weinstein. And no one in that school system ever heard a thing? Makes you wonder how many criminals there really are in this case, doesn’t it? .
