On two spearate occasions, Dominic Faggins, 19, and Shanese Powell, 18, have followed women into their posh West Village apartment building, violently attacked them and snatched their purses. The resourceful duo then went to the mall and charged over $3,000 to one of the women’s stolen credit cards on wigs, women’s clothes and jewelry.
“It was Destiny that told me to rob the white bitch,” Powell told police. (By “Destiny” she means a fellow tranny, not fate.)
