On Sunday, fashion designer Donna Karan said, “Weinstein “has done some amazing things, and “that some women are asking for “trouble” by the way they dress and “presenting themselves the way they do.”
Problem number one; this comes from a woman who had bare shoulders of the 90’s take over from the shoulder pads of the ’80’s.
Problem number two: Harvey’s wife is fellow fashion designer Georgina Chapman.
Donna now issued a statement walking back the comments. Sticking up for a friend is one thing: sticking your foot in your mouth and trying to make it go away with a press release is another. Can you believe she said this in the first place?
