The show is called Jeffery & Cole Casserole and stars just the two VGL Gay Boys themselves, of whom we at The Sword have long been fans. Here we give you Logo’s first preview sketch, “Wake Up Wisconsin,” which features the boys in familiar, DIY comedy territory, spoofing a Midwestern morning show that we join “already in progress.”
Also, we’d like to take a second to sincerely commend LOGO for green-lighting these two. Between Rupaul’s Drag Race and this Casserole, the gay channel may finally have transcended the homo doldrums of Queer As Folk reruns and The Big Gay Sketch Show and gotten some programming worth watching.
