This is a contract position, onsite in our headquarters in Berkeley, California. Approximately 20 hours/week.

We’re very busy and it’s often hard work to maintain our position as industry leaders – but we have a lot of fun too and we love to laugh. If that sounds good to you we’re open to anyone and everyone as long as you’re creative and have a flair for designing compelling and impactful web and print materials. If you also happen to have writing skills and would like to watch porn, write about it and get paid – that’s a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Photo Retouching. We’re talking about digital images of naked men in solo and hardcore action galleries. You should be prepared to fix scars, blemishes and adjust skin tones. Basically, we are selling a fantasy and we want our images to look better than real life.
• Design online banner ads, newsletters and website graphics on a per-product or special event basis.
• Organizing daily requests and projects.
• Communicating with project managers on design project needs and requests.
• Design print ads, posters, signage for spaces, flyers, and various print collateral as needed.
BONUS: If you have copywriting skills move to the head of the line!
• Provide limited copywriting, editorial support, and administrative tasks to support Sales and Marketing Department and the Creative Department. Basically be able to write compelling sales and descriptive scene and movie copy.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Be Creative. Have a good eye for compelling use of color, fonts, and design.
• Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of SmartSheets or online project management systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with internal networks, FTP, servers, naming conventions and asset management.
• 5+ years of professional experience in design preferred but let’s talk
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Technical:
• Proficiency & experience in the Adobe Creative Suite- with excellent skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge
• Experience in online web design including websites, banners etc.
• Experience in print production
• Familiarity with MAC computers preferred.
