Fun fact! Richard Gere was named Sexiest Man Alive in 1999 and was part of the Sexiest Couple Alive in 1993. People Magazine didn’t give out a specific Sexiest Man award that year, but they did give a sexy couple honor to Richard and Cindy Crawford.
Another fun fact for this time frame: there actually wasn’t a Sexiest Man Alive in 1994. The honor was totally skipped and no one was named the hottest man in the world! In 2015, People Magazine rectified the situation by naming Keanu Reeves Sexiest Man Alive for the missed year.
