Why Won’t The Internet Let Jesse Santana Enjoy His Delicious Chick-Fil-A?

All Jesse Santana wanted to do was share the news that he had taken his mom to Chick-fil-A, but instead he’s spent the past 24 hours fending off vicious Twitter users accusing the big-dicked power bottom of contributing to anti-gay organizations. Can’t a gay porn star and his mom eat fried chicken in peace?

It’s true that Chick-fil-A gave some money to some pretty disgusting anti-gay causes, but aren’t there a lot of disgusting causes out there, and don’t a lot of places give a lot of money to a lot of things you don’t like? Probably. If you’re really serious about boycotting every retail store, restaurant, corporation, and group that did something disgusting, you better be consistent, and you better make sure that every single place you spend money hasn’t done something you disagree with, ever. This should keep you very busy! Hopefully too busy to spend your time using a fast food chain to try to grab the attention of a gay porn star on Twitter.

Where should Jesse Santana go to eat pro-gay fried chicken?
What would happen if u bought some Chik-fil-A and took it to eat inside of a Target?
What is the deal with the spelling and the hyphens in “Chik-fil-A”?
Will u boycott Jesse Santana or will u give him one more chance to “make it right”?

  1. Well sure you have to watch out for businesses that discriminate..definitely. I have a list of 8,232 businesses that I make sure I never patronize. There are those that discriminate based on hairy lips, some that discriminate based on car you drive, some that dscriminate based on how many toes you have, some that discriminate based on…well the list goes on and on as I’m sure you can figure out. It took me YEARS to develop my list too but I think it’s worth it. Of course, since there are 8,232 businesses, I just don’t have the time to verify that the businesses should STAY on the list because there are over 8 THOUSAND of them to watch and there’s only one of me! It’s okay though because I’m sure that it’s probably safe to say that once they did something wrong then they will just find other “wrong things to do” as well.

Of course, now I can’t seek any medical attention because there are no medical insurance agencies that don’t discriminate in one way, shape or form (they just don’t tell you about it). Also I can’t go to many colleges as they have discrimination against women, gays, knock-kneed people, people whose first name have a C in it and so forth. Everyday I make sure to check these lists religiously when I’m going out to do ANYTHING. Sure, it leads to some odd circumstances but you have to stand up against discrimination of any sort, right?

For those of you who don’t quite get the point of this post yet, a. I’m kidding about what I said. b. please get a life and stop worrying about what OTHER people are doing..worry about what YOU are doing!

    1. lol you paint a realistic picture of what those twitter twats should really strive to be. You were very believable.

And yes Jesse Santana can almost do no wrong. He’s been hot from twink to cub (young bear?) and I can only imagine him getting hotter as the years pass by.

    2. This pretty much sums it up.

“If you believe you are so important you have to publicize the minutiae of your life, you shouldn’t be surprised when a stranger disagrees with you.”

Attention whores lose the right to whine when that attention turns negative.

    1. Sorry. Most rice consumed in the US is grown right here the states. Half of it comes from Arkansas. The only other useful exports we have are pickles & Razorbacks.

      1. meh you missed it…i was referring to the fact that santana is hot so he can do no wrong aaand that you cannot possibly know the origins of everything you consume or what the single companies will do with the profits.Informing consumers is one thing, attacking them can only come from a bunch of judgmental moronic twitter assholes.

        1. Oh. I agree, to a point. I think there’s a way you can inform people that they’re giving money to hate groups. Twitter just isn’t it.

  2. For those that are so upset over this must have nothing to do in their life than worry about where someone goes to eat with their mom. And I agree with one of the other people here who posted….If my mom wanted to eat at Chick Fila I would be right there with her buying her anything she wanted. There are many more important issues going on in the world and I suggest those that have their undies in a bunch about this issue to find something of a serious matter to wine about.

  3. Geez, people and their chicken sandwiches…

Try the “Southern Style Chicken Sandwich” at McDonalds. I’ve found it to be a reasonable substitute.

You can also try making it at home. Peanut oil is what gives the chicken its distinctive taste.

  4. I think the “Please reconsider” and “Do you know” tweets are perfectly appropriate. Back in September, our unofficial leader (yes, I’m being sarcastic) Neil Patrick Harris stumbled on this very obstacle. Believe it or not, there are people in this world that don’t have the time or inclination to keep up with all every minor controversy.

If you believe you are so important you have to publicize the minutiae of your life, you shouldn’t be surprised when a stranger disagrees with you.

  5. I love Chick-Fil-A, especially their breakfast. It is a disappointment that they choose to donate to anti-gay charities, but my decision to eat there is based on quality of the product and not their personal stance on issues. Like someone previously said, I don’t have to like their political stance for me to enjoy my food, and they don’t have to like mine.

Also, Verizon and AT&T, two of the biggest cell phone companies in the US, are well known for donating to conservative charities and politicians. Will all of you go and run to cancel your contracts with them right this instant? I’m sure you won’t.

    1. I think the Exodus International and Focus on The Family donations kind of go beyond the standard GOP donations don’t you think? Quality and fast food aren’t really two things that go together most of the time. Then again, I’m a food snob and seeing some of the wide loads and mega gunts that come out of there keep me away.

I don’t think you would have seen too many African American people eating at Ku Kluckers Chicken either.

April come on now. I’ll cut him some slack but I think you lose the right not to call yourself a prostitute when you have an ad up on rentboy for your services.

      http://www.rentboy.com/Listing.aspx?lid=282777&scid=66203883&sp=1&pos=3&locid=1378&iid=138183

      1. I think the word “prostitute” has a negative connotation, just like “homosexual”(pronounced homosexshul LOL) does when people like Pat Robertson say it with a look on their face like it gives them a horrible taste in their mouth. You know, like they wanna spit and not swallow!

I wish “prostitute” wasn’t seen in that way. Almost everyone at some time in their life has had sex at least one time for reward(other than money) and not just for physical pleasure or love. That in itself is a form of prostitution.

      2. its sad that every time someone wants to make a point about something being anti gay , to rationalize they have to include something anti black. As a black gay male this offends me more than anything else, its 2011 people, can’t we just let people make they’re own decisions without constantly trying to force our views on other people?

  6. Geez, there is a huge difference between informing and bashing someone.

But boycotting is an individual choice, whether or not one might agree with your choice. So, inform away, but be respectful of others choices.

I don’t go to Chick Fil A for that very reason, but you can damn well bet your booty, if my mom wanted some, I’d take her there!

  7. I could never give up the occasional Chick fil A. I don’t have to like their political stance, and they don’t have to like mine.

    1. don’t know why you would be “proud” to eat at an anti gay fast food restaurant but to each their own.

According to EqualityMatters.org, the fast food company donated nearly $2 million in 2009 to groups that have anti-gay agendas.

IRS 990 forms show that WinShape, the restaurant chain’s charitable foundation which was founded by Chick-Fil-A’s chairman S. Truett Cathy in 1994, gave to the following groups in 2009:

Marriage & Family Legacy Fund: $994,199
      Fellowship Of Christian Athletes: $480,000
      National Christian Foundation: $240,000
      Focus On The Family: $12,500
      Eagle Forum: $5,000
      Exodus International: $1,000
      Family Research Council: $1,000

    2. You are proud of eating a restaurant that actually donated money to numerous groups that actively speak out against you and your rights? Someone needs a hug.

Other then the one troll that insulted him, it appears that the other comments were just pointing that Chick fil a does support anti gay causes. I don’t think that was “twitter activism”. April honey, stop frothing at the mouth, you’re as bad as the guy that was insulting Jesse. Then again, maybe people shouldn’t care too much where a gay porn star/prostitute takes his mother out to eat. I think sometimes we can forget that he’s not a politician, a role model, or even a celebrity. He’s a sex worker, nothing more, nothing less. I don’t see a problem with someone telling him about it, but I don’t see the point of someone fighting with him about it either.

      http://equalitymatters.org/factcheck/201111010001

      1. Estelle, I wasn’t frothing at the mouth. And I think you’re making an incredible leap to say that I’m as bad as the person who initially attacked Jesse on Twitter. On the contrary, I was just pointing out that if we all boycotted every single company that is anti gay there probably wouldn’t be anywhere left for any of us to eat and shop. That idea makes me incredibly sad. But that’s apparently the world that we’re living in.

And as for Jesse being a prostitute and a sex worker I’d have to disagree with you on that. I’m not going to get into semantics with you about it. I’ll just say that the Jesse that I know is a kind, loving, sweet young man. I think that a lot of people tend to forget that people who do porn are someone’s children. Someone’s brother. Someone’s grandson. Someone’s friend. They are people. Just like the rest of us. We’re all human. We all make mistakes. There’s no one of us that’s perfect.

I know that the whole anti gay corporation thing is a hot button issue for a whole lot of people. I think it’s unfortunate that we live in a world that discriminates against anyone for their sexual preference. I know I sure as hell don’t discriminate.

I think my main point was that the people who attacked him on Twitter went about it in bad fashion. They could have been nice about it and just simply pointed it out to him. But instead they had to lower themselves and get down into the gutter and start with the name calling. And we all know name calling really solves a lot of problems. Don’t we?

Anyway peace and light to everyone. It’s the holiday season. How about instead of calling each other names and being rude to people we all go out and give a toy to a needy child or contribute money to a company that supports gay rights and same sex marriage? Just some food for thought.

        1. “I’ll just say that the Jesse that I know is a kind, loving, sweet young man.”

So how did you two meet? Have you been friends for a long time?

  8. Lmfao, how did he not see that coming? Of course these people would get ridiculously upset, being oppressed can do that to some people.

  9. I understand the need to inform someone, that perhaps didn’t know, of the misconduct of an industry or a chain, so he could decide to boycott it if he wants, but there’s a difference between informing and bashing!

  10. These people are such fucking losers. I used to be friends with a girl who would tell me every single day at least one new store or company to boycott because they were anti gay. If I’d boycotted them all there would be nowhere left to go to buy the most basic of necessities.

Twitter is supposed to be fun, people. When we go around calling people childish names and belittling them because they took their Mom to Chik-Fil-A for her very first time I think we’re missing the bigger picture here.

I think it all boils down to a bunch of people who have no real friends. People who want their fifteen seconds of Twitter notoriety by picking on someone for their food choices.

And for the record if you wanna do a witch hunt of gay porn stars there are a shit ton more deserving of your ire than Jesse Santana. He’s one of the nicest, sweetest, most down to earth people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. If anyone needs some ideas on who to boycott and/or harass on Twitter then please let me know. Cuz I’ve got a list as long as Jesse’s marvelous drool inducing cock. ;)

    1. well besides the name calling i think it was a good idea to let santana know about chik-fil-a’s anti gay contributions. don’t know why that would anger any gay/gay friendly person. instead of him replying with a snippy “happy now” you’d think santana would have thanked whomever told him and then passed the word on. oh and april, would love to see this long list of anti gay companies to boycott that you mentioned. thanks.

      1. You’re right, of course. Someone should have informed him – but there’s a world of difference between “I don’t know if you knew about Chik-Fil-A. . .” And “OMG, U R TEH WURST GAY EVAR.”

The response the slacktivists on Twitter was probably more informed by their delivery than their message. Just guessing. I’d never presume to speak for Jesse.

      1. Erik Rhodes. The first time I saw him in a video was with Brent Corrigan, and I was like “How the hell did that guy make it into a Chi Chi Larue film” and then I felt sorry for Brent for having to have sex with him. Now that I know that Erik is a crazed ex-gaybasher , I don’t feel sorry for thinking negative things about him.

        1. I thought he was an “ex-basher”(which I think being an ex-basher is a good thing, it indicates a change in attitude) until I saw this clip, now I just go..hmmmmmm, I wonder.

          1. well he was an ex-basher according to him. he mentioned that on his blog. He still uses the word fag/faggots on his blog. But I wouldn’t necessarily say he’s still a basher since he would be putting himself down as well.

  11. Ugh. I hate twitter activism.

An informative link or a well placed DM is one thing. A dogpile on someone for eating chicken is just dumb.
