Davey Wavey’s Porn Studio Is Making Big Moves

There’s a new studio gracing the home page of NakedSword! The “Netflix of gay porn” just added its first-ever Himeros video to its expansive library of over 30,000 gay porn scenes.

We’ve talked about Himeros a couple of different times on this blog. This is the studio that gave us that parody of The Shining a couple of weeks ago and the new Ray Dexter mini-doc where he announced his retirement. The site also came up when we included a Himeros video in our wet porn playlist and one of its must-watch solo scenes even won top prize in a perverted poll last month.

In case you missed those posts and are unfamiliar with Himeros, this popular porn studio was founded by OG YouTuber Davey Wavey and essentially touts itself as something more than just your average gay porn site. There’s story. There’s connection. There’s a level of sensuality that you will literally never see another studio produce.

Plus, there are also some pretty high moral standards that the studio holds itself to with its Porn Star Bill of Rights. You can check out the list on the studio’s homepage, but the Himeros Porn Star Bill of Rights basically assures everyone that all Himeros performers are compensated fairly, given free mental-health support, and on film sets that are 100% drug and alcohol-free. The list of rights also asserts that the studio will “not fetishize models ages, shapes, ethnicities, gender expressions, sizes or colors.”

A variety of Himeros scenes will eventually be available in the NakedSword library in the coming weeks, but the first scene to hit the site is a sports-themed scene called Good Game Bro that highlights the talents of stars Andre Donovan and Jack Bailey.

The studio describes says that this specific scene is “about bringing tenderness and affection into the relationship to men’s perception of power through balancing athletic prowess and ‘bro culture’ with nurturance and attuning to each other’s sensual needs.”

A simpler, less complicated description would just say that this scene is about two baseball bros driving around in a car and calling each other fags until they pull over to break the intense sexual tension with a sensual roadside fuck – but you can go off whichever description you want.

A trailer and the full video for Good Game Bro is available right now over on NakedSword. Be sure to check back into the monster porn site over the upcoming weeks as they add more and more favorites from the Himeros library to its ever-expanding collection of grade-A fuck vids.

Who is this group of assholes (aka 1 person who thinks it’s cute to repeat themselves) complaining about the race & role of the models? I would explain the myriad reasons why this complaint is completely stupid, but I think you know.
Ha ha! You’re a funny troll. Now just drop it.

  3. I’m so tired of this White bottom Blk top bullshit. It is getting so old. There is no Style,Class,Story,Star Caliber,or future Icons in today Porn actors/movies. They are all prostitute making a film only.

  4. Here’s the deal. It all comes down to the sex. There isn’t a site that’s worth paying for that has reinvented fucking. You can call it want you want. Himeros or Disruptive Films or whatever. Once the silly story lines or the gimmick ends or the costumes come off, it’s the same screwing with the same models you see all over the web. Nothing new. And in many cases the prices for what they offer are absurd. No thanks. I’m out.

  5. EXACTLY! It’s quite insulting of porn viewers’ intelligence how gay porn websites like this want to call themselves “new”. YET either the actors and most definitely the dynamics (like aggressive black top, submissive white bottom) are the same old boring routines that need to be done away with as they lead to unjust sexual expectations of certain people.

  6. Well isn’t that SPECIAL? That being said who among us have fallen for these pay sites aka subscriptions and never really used them to get our money’s worth? The idea of so called ‘clean porn’, romance etc. and is a nice change from the usual stuff.. Himeros is like other subscriptions you’re paying for that due to being busy you might rarely use thus be a waste of money and bottom line, many of these gay sites have the same things you can get on pornhub.com, xhamster.com , and a whole lot of other porn sites for FREE and these suffice when you need to blow a load without complications.

  7. SAD, It’s 2021 and after all that we have been through black men are still being typecast in the “top” role or “versatile”.

      1. Yes that is true but to continually broadcast that is a problem. If you ever watched the documentary on Falcon Studios early days when it came to casting black men it was explicitly stated that they were to be only cast as tops. That mindset still exist in the industry today.

  8. I have to disagree with the title; and while I think the concept is cute it just fails to deliver on several levels… and it’s not worth paying for. I agree that if you’re experienced and have a healthy sex life most of this content is just kinda ‘ok, yea, sooo what’? It’s good for the young fellas, not so sure about the rest of us. ;)

  9. I signed up when it was launched, and appreciated its new approach. But it is very expensive, and ultimately decided it was not worth maintaining. It was VERY difficult to cancel! I don’t recall all the steps it took, but it was not easy. So in the end, that turned me off for life. (I think it’s membership service is outsourced, so you need to visit different sites, etc.)

I WANT to like Himeros. I really do. I think it’s a good concept with a lot of very good intentions. I don’t know if I think it’s too expensive or perhaps the scenes just don’t quite cater to me or if the sex-edu-tainment feels a little beneath someone with my experience. Perhaps it’s just a small amount of each. I’m not entirely sure. I have mixed feelings about it. I really want the concept to succeed and I really like Davey and what he’s trying to accomplish but I also feel like I just can’t quite invest myself in it. I just can’t quite pull the trigger and buy a membership. Anyone else feel this way?
