50 Cent really wants you to know that his cock has never received any type of surgical enhancement and he especially didn’t pay for any type of service from this plastic surgeon in Florida!
On Friday, a lawsuit was filed that claims med spa owner Angela Kogan used a photo of her and the rapper, born Curtis Jackson III, to promote Perfection Plastic Surgery & Med Spas. The filing also focuses on an interview from The Shade Room, entitled ‘Penis Enhancements Are More Popular Than Ever & BBLs Are Dying Out: Cosmetic Surgery CEO Angela Kogan Speaks On It’, that impiled 50 Cent was getting some cocky assistance from the medical center.
Billboard reports that while the article from The Shade Room did not officially list 50 Cent as someone that had the penis surgery, it allegedly claimed it was a “client” while reguarly using the photo of Angela posing with 50 Cent. The article also showed an image of a faceless man obtaining a penile enhancement procedure with a “euphemistic eggplant emoji” covering his junk.
“Jackson never had such a sexual enhancement procedure, he has never received plastic surgery from defendants, and he never consented to the commercialization and publication of the Photo,” wrote the lawyers of 50 Cent. “Defendants’ actions have exposed Jackson to ridicule, caused substantial damage to his professional and personal reputation, and violated his right to control his name and image.”
The lawsuit goes on to say that by making these apparently false claims about the rapper, Angela “should have known that this could lead to vulgar and sexually charged comments about Jackson and his body, particularly in light of the ways that Black men in U.S. history have been, and continue to be, sexualized and fetishized.”
From what we have seen, Angela has yet to comment on the lawsuit she’s facing, but if all this rings true, we can’t imagine that this ends well for her or for Perfection Plastic Surgery & Med Spas.
