Austin Wolf Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison

Fifteen months after his initial arrest, Austin Wolf has been sentenced. The disgraced former gay porn star will spend nearly two decades in jail.

Yesterday, Jay Clayton—the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York—announced that Justin Heath Smith will spend 19 years in prison. The sentence was for “enticing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity and for engaging in a pattern of activity involving prohibited sexual conduct.”

“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrible,” Clayton said. “He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never again near our children.”

According to the office’s release, Smith:

• Repeatedly preyed on and tried to sexually exploit minor victims. This included watching another man perform oral sex on a minor. Wolf also had sex three times with someone he thought was a minor (but wasn’t).
• Tried to make other arrangements to meet with other minors to engage in sexual activity.
• Solicited child sexual abuse material from at least one minor and multiple individuals who purported to be minors.
• Made plans to meet with an individual who claimed to be the father of a 7-year-old. The father offered to make the child available for sexual abuse.

An initial FBI search of Wolf’s apartment in April of 2024 reportedly uncovered an SD card with “hundreds of videos containing child pornography.” His arrest came in late June that year. After multiple continuances, Smith plead guilty three months ago.

Wolf got his start in the industry in 2012 at Randy Blue and was active until his arrest last year. He will be 63 upon his release. What do you think of his sentencing?
