Bryce Fitzpatrick had recently earned a small promotion. One day he walked into the produce closet, reportedly to find some watercress. All of a sudden, the door swung open. “About 10-plus cooks and dishwashers shut the lights out,” Fitzpatrick said. “A guy grabbed me from behind and made me put my butt on top of his genitals.”

Two cooks held his legs in the air and two others grabbed his arms. “A cook would stand in the middle and rub his genitals into my genitals,” Fitzpatrick said.

Two others said the same thing happened to them. One of them described the assaults as “dry raping.” “All of a sudden the light turned out and it startled me,” another employee said. “I turned around, and altogether there were seven or eight men.” The employee remembers the cooks screaming vulgar-sounding things in Spanish and whispering things in his ears as they held him down and rubbed their genitals against his.

“They would take turns dry raping me. I was on my back being held down,” he said.

Not content with sexual assault, the rape-happy papis then did something even worse, something unimaginable. They seasoned their victim.

“Once they were all finished taking turns on me, they threw a bunch of lettuce on me, and a bunch of herbs.”

Some employees the police interviewed described the behavior as typical “horseplay” among Hispanic cooks. No matter whom you believe — and we side with the rapists, naturally — the Cheesecake Factory is now getting sued after managers did nothing to stop the rape-marinations. As for Fitzpatrick, his therapist has diagnosed him with post-traumatic stress disorder. And also with a pleasant citrus flavor, hint of coriander.
