“Your not-so-average Aussie daddy, bringing rugged outback adventures right to your screen,” Koby Falks described himself in his Twitter profile bio. The news spread over the last day that he died last week at the young age of 42. His peers certainly uphold the view of an extraordinary individual bursting with creativity, talent, and kindness.
An Instagram post on his official page initially made the announcement. “Koby Falks, better known to his family and friends as Anthony Cox, passed away earlier this week,” the post read. “He was loved by many and will be missed. If this post has affected you, please reach out to Lifeline at 13 11 14.”
Mista PR, Koby’s public relations manager, dedicated a Twitter post to him: “Goodbye my friend, you were more than just my amazing talent.”
Notable porn stars sent their condolescences. Rocco Steele wrote on Twitter, “I didn’t know you for very long, but the man I met was not only a consummate professional but a super sweet and funny guy. You were a rising star and your life ended way too soon. Rest in peace, Koby.”
Jace Starr wrote in an Instagram Story, “The world has lost such an incredible human being but I have gained a beautiful angel watching over me. You were truly a great friend and be forever missed … Till we meet again.”
Koby was active in the gay adult entertainment industry for three years, but he already had over 70 projects under his belt during that time. He independently released his scenes via fan sites and RawFuckClub.
There are no further details about his death beyond the initial Instagram post at this time.
From all of us at The Sword, we send our condolences to Koby’s friends and family. He will be deeply missed.
Update: Mista PR’s post asserts Koby was born in 1985, but other sources (including his IMDb) claim 1982.
So tragic! But wait if he was born September 1985 and passed away May 2025 wouldn’t that make him 39 and not 42 like the title of this article says? Anyways so tragic.
Oh man, what a gut punch to hear this sad news. Seemed like a genuinely happy and well travelled man. We will never know his true struggles but serves as a reminder to live life to the fullest and always support others close to you with their sense of well being. May this beautiful human rest in peace.
Rest in peace, Koby!
Rest in Peace.
