Still, when teachers read the 9-year-old girl’s incriminating letter to Santa, they sent her over to the Children’s Advocacy Center where the girl confirmed the allegations of abuse. Police investigators believe the molestation has been going on for four years. The perv (pictured) is named Andres Enrique Cantu, and he’s currently sitting in a jail cell on $100,000 bail.
