Konnor—along with every tenant in the building he lives in—received a notice under his door from a neighbor targeting the award-winning gay porn star for filming some of his sex.
Max Konnor shared the experience on Twitter today, along with pics of the three-page letter. In it, the tenant calls out Konnor for an alleged “conflict of interest” for filming scenes that he states are “transforming the primary destination of the apartment into commercial use” and thus violating “the Rules of the House.”
An effort to scare the black gay porn star away. This penthouse is paid for baby. Daddy’s not going anywhere 🤷🏾♂️

The letter also includes screen grabs of scenes posted by Konnor on Twitter, along with links to Pornhub and cam4cam, that describe the exploits (sounds to us like the complainer is a connoisseur of porn?).
Wow!!! That bitch has time on her hands!!

The letter goes on to complain about potential COVID-19 safety hazards due to “a constant coming and going of ‘actors’, randomly recruited through hook-up applications.” That includes Ray Dexter, who the letter names and pictures. The tenant describes Dexter as “an asian ‘actor'” (hmm, racial profiling?) who allegedly had his own keys to the unit for a brief time and shot his own content. The letter also chides him for “using the laundry facilities as he pleased.”
Konnor touched upon the provisions and his situation…
Yeah. It’s paid for. Nothing can happen but he’s just an ass.

Yeah they do but I don’t use this building as my office. I fuck in my apartment and just so happen to record it from time to time lol. I’m not doing root canals.

Yeah. We have an idea who it is. My partner is president of the board and there’s been an issue with him and this is his retaliation.

Konnor and Dexter were able to laugh it off on Twitter, but we imagine this has to be a pain. We’re pretty sure the duo aren’t putting “the security and safety of the building and the tenants…in serious jeopardy,” so…maybe this person just needs to get laid?
What do you think of the letter? Do you think Max and Ray are being slut shamed and/or racially profiled? How would you react if you had a porn star living in your building?
Here are shots of the letter, which Konnor shared on Twitter (my favorite part? Under “Sources,” they write “just google Max Konnor”):
In the meantime, you can catch Max and Ray together in action at PeterFever!
Don’t get the BS with Max Conner. He is an ugly man.
“a constant coming and going of ‘actors’, randomly recruited through hook-up applications.”
This is a valid point IMO. I realise you guys are more relaxed in the U.S. re. Covid-19 but at the very least it’s very inconsiderate. Here in the UK it would be actually illegal at the moment.
Someone clearly has way too much time on their hands.
he should be evicted, especially putting his neighbors at risk during a pandemic.
I guess when you’re not getting any action, you gotta seek attention some way. What one does in the privacy of their own apartment is their business. Mr.Konnor and Ray did not advertise on some website ” come one , come all “. Mr. Busybody should mind his own business….. by the way what he did, is harassment by sliding letters under the doors of neighbors.
