Max Konnor may be one of the busiest men in the industry. The superstar actor, who just answered 69 Questions for TheSword, is opening up to Out Magazine about Haus of Konnor – his new talent agency that’s “tailored to the representation of models of color within the industry.”
“It wasn’t always a goal of mine. I actually came up with the idea about a year ago. The Haus of Konnor has been about two years and I’ve tried to do different things with it. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with it but I knew I wanted it to be a safe space for models, or a community for us,” Max told Out. “I wanted it to be a place not to be judged, that wouldn’t focus on quarrels, but a place where we could all be who we are, feed off of each other and eventually elevate each other.”
Haus of Konnor has already signed Derek Cline, Jabari Clutch, and Asher Lee on as clients.
Derek has an extensive backlog of videos on Broke Straight Boys and recently bottomed for Trevor Laster on NakedSword.
Asher is close to hitting 10,000 followers on Twitter and recently took Max Konnor’s 10 inches for a JustFor.Fans video.

While these three studs are the only talent currently signed to the agency, Haus of Konnor is still accepting new talent, but they’re being selective with who they sign.
“I’m taking my time to go through everything because it is a boutique talent management company,” Max said. “I am not just accepting every body that applies. I’m trying to pick models who I feel like have what it takes to make it.”
The superstar actor clarified that they are not just an agency, but a “talent management company.” The goal of Haus of Konnor is to take talent under the wing of experienced performers and guide them through the industry that doesn’t always favor people of color.
“I wanted to start Haus of Konnor because I was just noticing that a lot of models of color in the industry didn’t really have guidance as far as how the industry works on a larger scale, branding, and finding work outside of what is typical or acceptable for work for us to do,” Max said. “The white kids on the block, they get their first gig and then they have a crew of people that come and guide them and show them the ropes and look out for them. We don’t really have that.”
