The AVN Media Network has announced the nominees for the 2026 GayVN Awards Fan Favorite categories. This follows the release of the judged category noms a few weeks ago.
Fan voting in 18 categories will be held entirely on GayVNAwards.com. The public is invited to vote for their favorite performers, cam models and creators in each category until the deadline at noon on January 22, 2026—the same day as the annual GayVN Awards show in Las Vegas. Fans may cast their votes by clicking on the nominee of their choice. Individuals will be allowed five votes per category every day.
The fan-voted 2026 GayVN Awards categories are:

- Favorite Bottom
- Favorite Versatile
- Favorite Transmasc Star
- Favorite Dom
- Favorite Cock

- Favorite Body
- Favorite Porn Star Creator
- Favorite Independent Creator
- Favorite International Star
- Hottest All-Male Creator Collab
- Hottest Newcomer
