Agent/madam–or as his occupation in his Glendale, California arrest report states, “manager”–David Forest was arrested last Tuesday, September 14th on a felony drug possession charge. He was released hours after being booked and had a subsequent court date on the 16th–details of which are forthcoming. I did receive an e-mail from Forest’s account this afternoon on an unrelated matter, so presumably he’s still a free man (he hasn’t, however, returned my request for comment as of this posting).
David Forest has released a statement regarding his arrest:
Sometimes, one finds himself at the wrong place at the wrong time. Last week’s incident falls under that heading. The matter has been dropped. No charges have been filed.
Forest, who’s represented some of the industry’s most well known adult performers, has a history of drug abuse, and of being arrested. The charge below, 11377(A), is classified vaguely as a “dangerous drug” charge. If it wasn’t narcotics or pot, what was it?
Here’s Forest’s inmate report from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department:
